Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, it is now March and you know what that means… A NEW SPECIAL! Give it up for Sous Chef Paulie for creating FIREHOUSE’S “Lobster Roll.” Maine lobster salad in a toasted bun with lettuce, served with fries and Mac & Cheese. Deeeelicious!
